- produce cabinetry and other timber products in accordance with drawings and to high quality standards
- contribute to production processes and system improvements
- provide regular feedback on time management
- assist in coaching the more junior workshop staff to develop skills
- perform routine maintenance of tools and machinery
- communicate low levels of stock to management
