Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
•Assemble and install custom joinery and cabinetry according to design specifications.
•Read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
•Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
•Ensure all installations are completed to the highest standard.
•Maintain a clean and safe working environment on-site.
•Work collaboratively with the team to meet project deadlines.
•On point problem solving – ability to think on feet, solution driven
Requirements
•Proven experience in cabinetry/joinery fitting industry (installation background essential 5+ years – ideal, but willing to interview with less experience).
•Strong technical knowledge of cabinetry assembly and installation.
•Ability to read and work from technical drawings.
•Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
•Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
•Health & safety awareness in a workshop environment.
•Honest and professional with a strong work ethic.
•Presentable and client-facing, with good communication skills.
•Willingness to go the extra mile to achieve perfection.
•Own transport (advantage).
